Here are the credentials we are seeking.

A deep personal relationship with the Lord and a strong desire to disciple and mentor others

Master's degree in Theology or related field preferred or a commitment to pursue further education

Proven pastoral experience with a track record of effective ministry

Strong administrative abilities and a genuine passion for working with people, especially young families
What is expected in this role?
-
Connect with the worship leader to discuss and refine service flow and announcements, ensuring a seamless and engaging worship experience for the congregation.

Provide oversight for the ministries impacting young families and Sunday School, focusing on curriculum development and teacher training.

Fill the pulpit as assigned by the Senior Pastor, delivering sermons and providing pastoral support as needed, and assist the congregation through various church activities.

Attend all Deacons Meetings and Leadership Team Meetings, contributing to church governance to support effective ministry operations.

Develop and lead a robust men's discipleship program and collaborate with the Senior Pastor to enhance the churchwide discipleship program.

Execute any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Senior Pastor on a weekly basis, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the church’s mission.
